Eligibility
Eligible friend uses the link, has or opens an eligible personal Venmo account, links a bank/card, and makes a personal payment of at least $5 funded by bank/card within 14 days.
Important exclusions
Business and charity profiles are not eligible. Venmo expressly restricts sharing to family/personal friends/acquaintances and prohibits broad public distribution.
